TalBot for IHK Berlin: developing an assistant to help employers understand international recruitment and reach the right support.

From a defined problem
to a working service.

Explore each stage to see the work, the deliverable and the decision it supports. We agree the scope before work begins.

01

Start with a problem your team can define.

We map the current process with the people doing it: repeated work, exceptions and the points where professional judgement is essential. Then we select a bounded first implementation.

What you receive

A workflow map and project scope, with the intended outcome, responsibilities and success criteria.

The decision at this stage

Agree what the first implementation will and will not do.

01 / 05

Across the service journey.

Begin with the workflow that matters to your team. Qualify and Onboard can be scoped for implementation. Assess and Resolve are in development.

Implementation

Qualify

Help people identify the relevant service using approved information. Route individual or uncertain questions to your team.

Discuss a starting point

Before we begin

How can an AI assistant support public services?

An assistant can guide people through citizen and business information, support application preparation or help staff find internal knowledge. Sources, access and human handovers are defined for the agreed use case. Professional assessments and decisions remain with your responsible staff.

How does an AI implementation project begin?

We select one public-facing service or internal workflow with its responsible team. Together we define approved sources, data requirements, review and escalation points, and test criteria. Your organisation retains responsibility for procurement, internal approval and the decision to begin a controlled pilot.

Where will our data go?

We define that with you before implementation. The deployment, providers, retention and access arrangements must fit the agreed use case and your organisation’s requirements.

Who makes professional decisions?

Your responsible professionals retain judgement. We define which actions need review, where requests are escalated and who may approve the next step.

Can you support procurement and internal approval?

We make scope, data flows, responsibilities and acceptance criteria concrete so your reviewers can assess the project. Your organisation remains responsible for its approval and procurement process.

Do we need to buy Drift Studio?

No. A capacity project can stand on its own. We agree the first workflow and implementation scope with you.
