From knowing a service exists to being able to use it.
Explore each stage to see the work, the deliverable and the decision it supports. We agree the scope before work begins.
01
Find out what keeps people from using your service.
We review your offer, how people hear about it and where they encounter difficulties. With your team, we choose the service and audience to focus on.
What you receive
An audience and service brief identifying information gaps, barriers and the first outcome to improve.
The decision at this stage
Agree whose experience we need to improve first.
02
Make eligibility and the next step clear.
We translate your service into language people can act on: who it is for, what it provides and how to use it. Your responsible team reviews the content.
What you receive
A message framework and proposed content structure, presented in a concise deck.
The decision at this stage
Approve the explanation and the review responsibilities.
03
Make it easier to find the right route.
We write, design and build the agreed pages around the questions people need answered. We define accessibility requirements and handovers to your existing service with your team.
What you receive
A working website or focused service journey, with the agreed accessibility checks and contact routes.
The decision at this stage
Review the experience before publication.
04
Bring the service to the places people already look.
We develop content for the agreed search, social or partner channels. Your Drift team handles production and coordinates publication with your reviewers.
What you receive
A communication plan, approved initial assets and a publishing schedule. Any paid-media spend is agreed separately.
The decision at this stage
Approve the channels, content and launch.
05
Learn where people still need help.
We review how people find the service, where they stop and what questions reach your staff. We use those findings to improve the content and journey.
What you receive
A clear results review and recommended changes in a deck. An ongoing engagement can include a shared dashboard.
The decision at this stage
Decide what to improve or expand.

Before we begin
Who will we work with?+
Nia leads the communication and website work. You work directly with a human team, with scope and responsibilities agreed at the outset.
Can we start with our existing website?+
Yes. We can improve a particular service or audience journey without rebuilding everything. The initial review establishes what is worth keeping.
Do we need to buy Drift AI as well?+
No. Drift Studio is a standalone service. We can connect it to a capacity project if that becomes useful to you.
What does it cost?+
We propose a scope and fee after understanding the work. Content, ongoing support and any paid-media spend are made explicit before commitment.
Start with the change you want to make
Let’s find your starting point.
Tell Nia about the service or internal process you want to improve and what your organisation needs to move it forward.
