We’re developing a local AI system for law firms and public institutions: hardware and software designed to help your team work with sensitive documents on infrastructure you control.
Hardware concept. AI-generated visualisation.Final design and specifications to be validated.01 / THE THESIS
Your most useful AI should work where your knowledge lives.
Case files, internal guidance and years of experience already sit inside your organisation. Our thesis is simple: your team should be able to search that knowledge, prepare documents and draft responses with AI, while keeping control over where the work happens.
We’re exploring one integrated appliance, Drift software and a defined setup and support service. We want to build the first version around a real workflow with a team that needs it.
02 / WHERE WE WOULD START
Built around the work.
Consumer law firms
Prepare the file so your lawyers can spend their attention on the case.
Draft a chronology with references to the source documents.
Find missing documents against your firm’s checklist.
Prepare a client update for a lawyer to review.
Public institutions
Help staff work through information and enquiries using approved sources.
Find relevant internal guidance and its source.
Summarise incoming enquiries for the responsible team.
Draft a response for staff to check and approve.
Proposed pilot workflows. Outputs would need human review; the system is not intended to make legal or eligibility decisions.
03 / THE DESIGN GOALS
Control needs to be practical.
01
Local processing
Design the workflow so selected documents and AI processing remain within your environment. Agree how updates, backups and support operate.
02
Access you define
Scope staff permissions, administrator access and encryption. Explore fingerprint-controlled physical access to the appliance as a separate layer.
03
Sources your team can check
Connect outputs to the underlying documents and define where a person must review the result before it is used.
These are design goals, not verified product capabilities or security certifications.
HELP SHAPE THE FIRST PILOT
Which workflow would you start with?
We’re speaking with teams that have a recurring document workflow and a concrete reason to run AI locally. Tell us:
What your team needs to get done.
What makes the current process difficult.
What your infrastructure and data requirements are.
Opens your email app. Please do not include client files or sensitive personal information.
04 / BEFORE WE TALK
Can we buy it today?
Not yet. We are testing the proposition and looking for potential pilot partners. Pricing, delivery dates and the final hardware configuration have not been set.
Will all data stay local?
Local document processing is the intended direction. The complete data flow, including logs, backups, updates and any remote support, must be defined and validated for each pilot before sensitive information is used.
Do we need the appliance?
The appliance is the product concept we are exploring. If you already have suitable infrastructure, tell us. We want to understand whether a dedicated device is useful for your team.
What would a pilot establish?
Whether a defined workflow produces useful, source-grounded results on suitable hardware, what human review is needed, and whether the time saved justifies the cost and support effort.
