This notice covers Drift’s enterprise website and enquiries about its products and services. Our separate consumer platform has its own privacy information.

Visiting this website
When you request a page, the server receives technical information such as your IP address, the requested URL, the time of access and browser information. This is necessary to deliver the website and maintain its security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The site serves its fonts, photographs and videos from the same host. It does not embed a chatbot, social-media feed or third-party analytics. Product demonstrations contain examples and do not process case information.
Cookies and tracking
The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage for analytics, advertising or language selection. The language switch uses links between the German and English pages.
Contacting us
Email links open your own email application. When you contact us, we process your email address, name where supplied, message and any information you choose to include so that we can respond and discuss your request. For enquiries about entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Please use this contact channel for business enquiries. Do not send client files or sensitive case documents with an initial enquiry.
Recipients and retention
Authorised members of our team and service providers for website delivery and business email may process information where needed for these purposes. We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Information is deleted when the purpose and any retention obligation end.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it with effect for the future.

Cloudflare hosting
This website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including IP addresses and request information. We do not keep our own application logs of website visits and have not enabled Workers logging for this service. Cloudflare may process data for network operation and security outside the EEA. Its privacy policy describes processing and retention, and its data processing terms address international transfers.

AI assistant for law firms
On our immigration-law pages you can choose to use an AI assistant to ask about Drift and potential projects. Only when you submit a message is it sent, together with recent conversation context, to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an answer. Please do not enter client details, case files or sensitive information.
The conversation is kept in this browser tab for up to two hours after your last message using sessionStorage. Use “New conversation” or close the tab to clear it. We do not save conversation content in our own server-side database; application logging is disabled. Cloudflare processes technical service and security data under its terms. We do not promise EU-only processing for this website assistant.
The assistant does not send emails or book appointments. “Arrange a call” opens your email app; the conversation is not automatically included. You can contact hello@drift-ai.eu directly without using the assistant.
