On 17 June 2026, IHK Berlin confirmed Drift’s selection after evaluating the submitted documents and proposals. The procurement covered an AI chatbot for the employment-migration process.
For Drift, the contract brings our work on accessible migration information into an institutional service for employers.
From selection to TalBot.
The contract was fully signed on 9 September 2026. Drift is developing the assistant with IHK: German- and English-language guidance, linked sources and clear boundaries around individual legal advice.
The project is in delivery and testing. The case study shows the current product and the questions TalBot is being built to help businesses answer.
