TalBot combines free-text questions with clarifying prompts and clear starting points. The product is designed for German and English, with answers grounded in a source collection subject to IHK approval and links back to the underlying information.
Drift develops and implements the technology. IHK owns professional source approval. Individual legal assessments and decisions about applicants remain outside the assistant’s role.
