02 / WORKING TOGETHER
Turn outstanding tasks into an agreed scope.
We start with the relevant part of the specification, the timeline and the outstanding deliverables. From these, we propose a bounded work package with responsibilities, dependencies, effort and acceptance criteria. We confirm availability and a start date after this review.
Your contract sets the terms. Together, we establish whether and on what conditions Drift can be involved as a subcontractor, what approvals are needed and which data we may process. You retain responsibility to your client.

Yes. We define a deliverable that can be planned, reviewed and handed over separately. You retain control of the overall project.
Is this service for after the contract award?
This offer is for organisations with an awarded contract. If the decision is still pending, we can discuss a possible collaboration; capacity and dates are agreed separately.
What do you need for an initial conversation?
A brief description of the contract, outstanding tasks and delivery date. We agree how to handle confidential documents before you share them.
