Nia Rakheja
Co-founder & CEO

Nia has led a €3 million annual revenue portfolio, built a creative team and managed a community of more than 500,000 people. Her work spans designing experiences, understanding behaviour and taking responsibility for business results.
At Drift, she leads strategy, product experience and partnerships, bringing that experience to AI adoption in public institutions and law firms. She focuses on how AI fits into the work of professionals and the lives of the people they serve. Having navigated Germany’s immigration system herself, she knows what is at stake when essential services are difficult to use.

Co-founder · CTO & Lead AI Researcher
From computer vision research to public service AI.
Advait’s background spans computer vision research at Fraunhofer HHI, sensor systems with UC Berkeley and communication software for long-range drones as co-founder of Voltela. At Fraunhofer, he developed depth-estimation algorithms for 3D imaging with medical endoscopes, working within the constraints of physical hardware.
At Drift, he leads AI research, architecture and evaluation, including TalBot for IHK Berlin. He brings experience moving between research and engineering to the practical demands of institutional AI: reliable performance, integration and human oversight.
